Chris is a seasoned public affairs executive with more than fifteen years experience providing counsel to Cabinet Ministers and clients across several policy areas.  

 

He has served clients in energy (Northland Power, RES Canada Inc., Boralex, EnerCare, Sithe Global Power, Enwave, Horizon Utilities), real estate and infrastructure development (The Cadillac Fairview Corporation, marbleLIVE, Sheridan College), gaming (The Las Vegas Sands Corporation, MGM Resorts and Casinos), retail (Ivanhoe Cambridge, Shoppers Drug Mart), mining (Unimin/Sibelco), and labour (Power Worker’s Union, CUPE), among others.

Chris was recently ranked as “one of the top ten lobbyists at Queen’s Park” according to Queen’s Park Briefing, a Toronto Star publication.

He served three years at Queen’s Park as Senior Communications Advisor for the Ontario Minister of Energy and the Chair of the Cabinet, and later as Senior Policy Advisor to the Ontario Minister of Finance and Chair of the Treasury Board of Cabinet.

Chris holds a Masters of Arts from the University of Toronto, with research work at the University of Bath (UK) and Tilburg University, Netherlands.
